East real housewives of beverly hills star teddy mellencamp Stepped out of her father’s shadow and started a podcast with Tamra Judge. The podcast, Two Teas in a Pod, allowed the women to discuss all things Real Housewives.
But Teddi never left RHOBH behind. She speculated that she was fired because of her lack of glam. It seems more like the fans’ reaction to Teddy was the culprit. Most fans felt that Teddy was incredibly boring. Now alex baskinwho is the executive producer of RHOBH and Vanderpump Rules, told Teddi why she was fired.
Why was Teddi Mellencamp fired from RHOBH?
Alex was a guest on Two Tees in a Pod. And Teddy wastes no time in asking her why she lost her diamond.
“Why was I fired from my job?” Teddy asked. Tamra responded, “Oh, crap.” Strange!
“Oh my God. It’s hard,” Alex said. “I think the audience had a strong reaction to you.”
Teddy agreed with his statement. “So I guess that was part of it,” Alex said. I will not deny this. And I also think you were self-aware. “He’s completely out of his mind,” Tamra shouted.
Alex added, “Production was always supportive of you… you were a big fan because you would say things that other people were thinking and wouldn’t say.” Alex continued, “I think on that show it felt like you weren’t comfortable in your own skin.”
Teddy replied, “Yes.” “I think that was the point,” Alex said.
But let’s not forget that Teddy contacted the producers at the end of his third and final season. “I was mad. I texted, the quote I texted was: ‘I trend on Twitter every week because of the hate and you’re giving me nothing but negative. Please, I’m done. Yes, I’m showing. Teddy said, “I need to show you my life in another capacity.” Finally, a few weeks later, Teddy got married.
Now that Teddy has a solid answer, hopefully, she can let this issue go.
