Sainte-Adèle: 72 lodges under construction

The Howard condominium project in Sainte-Adèle is under construction. The premiere of the globe took place on November 8th. Promoter Groupe LIVE also unveiled the demolition of the existing building on the historic site of the old Howard Johnson Hotel.
The project includes two rooms with 36 lodges for a total of 72 units ranging from 515 to 1,125 square feet in 3 1/2, 4 1/2 and 5 1/2 sizes. Install an indoor and outdoor station with electrical charging terminals, junction boxes and cycling spaces. The first buildings are currently available in spring 2026.
