Season tickets go on sale November 27.

Tickets for the King’s Cup of Gran Canaria, which will take place on the island from 13 to 16 February 2025, will go on sale next Wednesday 27th at 12:00 (Peninsula time, 11:00 in the Canary Islands).

Tickets will be available at https://tickets.acb.com and will allow you to fully enjoy the seven matches that will take place at the Gran Canaria Arena to determine the Copa del Rey champion.

For this event, ACB has developed seven main price categories from €160, with the entire top ring split between the two cheapest categories (€160 and €240).

ASSESSMENTS

• Prices do NOT include management costs, which are borne by the buyer (2% of the subscription price, maximum €15.00).

• Some areas of the facility have limited field of view (VR). Therefore, each affected category is priced at 5% (VR-A), 10% (VR-B) and 20% (VR-C) discounts depending on the level of visibility impact. what the seat has, with the following prices by category:

Silver: VR-A: 617.5 euros

Category 1: VR-A – 427.5 euros; VR-B, 405 euros; VR-S, 360 euros.

Category 2: VR-2, 304 euros, VR-B 288 euros

• Premium and VIP seating includes meals for 4 days of competition.

• A maximum of 6 subscriptions can be purchased per transaction.

• Travel categories “Gold”, “Silver”, 1 and 2 are purchased with a choice of seat.

• Travel categories 3 and 4 are purchased without seat allocation. Following the draw, the ACB will place different fans separately in accordance with the instructions of the event security coordinator.

• Once this location is selected, credits will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer.

• To obtain a mobility pass, you will need to contact customer service to begin the process, which will be completed on the online platform. Important! These passes will go on sale December 2, 2024.

Sales stages

Stage 1: It will begin on Wednesday 27 November at 12:00 (Peninsula time, 11:00 Canary Islands time) with sales to the general public via the acb website.

Stage 2: Qualifying teams will have 140 tickets per club (1,120 total), which they will each dispose of once they reach the tournament’s mathematical classification.

Customer service

ACB will provide customer service from November 26th via email Tickets@acb.es as well as a telephone service number from Tuesday 26th (93.550.07.53), customer service hours: 10:00 from 00 to 20:00. (Peninsula Time), Monday to Friday. From February 10 to 16, attention will be from Monday to Sunday.

Limited mobility

If you are interested in purchasing tickets for people with disabilities, you must contact us by email at Tickets@acb.es to receive the purchase website and code that will allow you to complete the purchase process. Sales of these passes will begin on December 2, 2024, as the purchasing process requires certain documentation to be verified, which slows it down. The maximum number of tickets you can buy is 2 (person with reduced mobility + accompanying person).
