Texas $1,000,000 Mega Millions Winner Is About to Lose His Prize – NBC McAllen (40)
A person who won $1,000,000 during the Mega Millions draw held on July 29 is about to lose it if he does not claim it before 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 25, the Texas Lottery reported.
The ticket matched five numbers and was purchased at the Fuel Maxx #47 store, located at 420 University Drive, in Prairie View, Texas. The lucky winner matched the following numbers: (13-36-45-57-67), but not the golden Mega Ball number (14).
The winner may claim the prize at any Texas Lottery claim center. Even the ticket holder can also claim the prize by mail. The ticket, along with a claim form, must be postmarked on or before the ticket’s expiration date and must be mailed to the following address:

A ticket holder forfeits any claim to a prize for a raffle game after the expiration of the 180th day after the raffle date. The deadline may be extended by a period of time for certain eligible military personnel. Unclaimed prizes revert to the state for programs authorized by the Texas Legislature.
