The Boeing Starliner is scheduled to launch this Saturday, June 1st.

(CNN) — The long-awaited launch of the Boeing Starliner to the International Space Station is now scheduled for this Saturday, June 1, after NASA and Boeing teams agreed on the flight. Liftoff is scheduled for 12:25 p.m. ET from Kennedy Space Center in Florida, according to a NASA statement.

The first manned flight of the Boeing Starliner was last scheduled for Saturday, May 25, but was canceled after a helium leak was reported a week earlier, according to Boeing.

“NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams returned to Kennedy on May 28 and will remain in quarantine at the Neil A. Armstrong Accounting and Operations Building until Saturday’s launch,” NASA said. “The crew had previously been quarantined in Houston as mission teams worked to resolve several issues with the rocket and spacecraft since the initial May 6 launch attempt was aborted.”

NASA says there are several more launch dates available, including Sunday, June 2, Wednesday, June 5, and Thursday, June 6.

A pre-launch press conference is scheduled for this Friday at 1 p.m.
