There is already a basic project with an estimated cost of 1.2-15 million euros. The council houses were valued at around half a million euros.

This parking “will allow us to increase the municipal parking fund in an environment where it is logical that with the advent of pedestrian crossings and bicycle paths, the number of parking spaces will be reduced.” Therefore, “compensation” is expected to occur in parallel. “because we don’t want to leave new sites in the city that are municipal.”
