Galaxy Ring is part of the South Korean company’s health monitoring strategy, through which it aims to offer more personalized solutions and be more useful in everyday life, also relying on its artificial intelligence (Galaxy AI).
This smart ring reinforces the work Samsung has been doing for years with its smartwatches and other initiatives ranging from Galaxy smartphones to content on the latest TVs, including recommendations for improving power through its devices.

Why a ring, did you need to go beyond smartwatches?
The Galaxy Ring format is designed for round-the-clock monitoring. Many users take off their smartwatches at night, losing this source of data during the rest period. However, thanks to the design of the Galaxy Ring, which weighs a maximum of 3 grams, it allows the user to wear it comfortably and for a long time, even while sleeping.

One of the major issues with watches is how the user chooses the right size and finish. How is a logistics problem solved?
It is true that the purchase procedure for the Galaxy Ring includes the exclusive possibility of choosing between 9 available sizes. Once a user has purchased the device from Samsung’s website, they will receive the size kit at their home within about 2 or 3 days. With this set you can try on sample rings of all available sizes and also check which finger you prefer to wear your Galaxy Ring on.
After this process, the user can return to their purchase request on the website, note the size and receive the product within 2 or 3 days. The Galaxy Ring size selection must be made within 15 days of starting the purchase process, otherwise the history will not be saved with your personal data and you will have to start a new process. However, once the user confirms their size after receiving a set of sizes, it will not be possible to change to a new size.
You can also purchase the new Galaxy Ring from our partners El Corte Inglés, MediaMarkt or Telefónica. This way, the user will be able to purchase a sizing kit, select a sample ring, and subsequently make a final purchase, the final price of which will be deducted from the price originally paid for the sample kit.
