These stores will open in the US during the New Year.

2023 is about to close its curtains and major store chains have already announced their opening hours for the final day. The same applies to the opening hours on New Year’s Eve. As you know, January 1 is a federal holiday, but some businesses will open their doors as early as 2024 and begin serving their customers. So we are telling you.

Stores opening on Monday 1 January

The following list contains stores that will be providing services on the first day of 2024.

CVS: Regular business hours.

Giant: Regular watch.

Kroger: Regular hours. Some will work around the clock.

Publix: They will only be open for a short time and most stores will close early on this day.

Target: Regular watch.

Walgreens: Regular business hours.

Walmart: Regular business hours.

Wegmans: Their stores will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Whole Foods: All stores will be open, but hours may vary by city.

Barnes & Noble: Stores will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

DICK’S Sporting Goods: Stores will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HomeProducts: Stores will be open from 09:30 to 18:00.

IKEA: Stores will be open from 10:00 to 21:00.

Kohl’s: They will be open on New Year’s Day, although their exact hours on that day are unknown.

Macy’s: They will be open during regular hours from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Marshalls: They will be open during regular hours from 09:30 to 18:00.

Petco: They will open at 10:00 am and close at normal times.

PetSmart: They will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

TJ Maxx: They will be open from 09:30 to 18:00.

Stores are closed on January 1.
