Vox’s Valencia court president calls French players ‘imbeciles’ for celebrating ultra-lost election

The President of the Court of Valencia and the second authority of the Valencian Community, Llanos Masso of Vox, has sharply criticized the elections on social media in France.

Masso took to social media to talk about the disaster and celebrate it.”

Players such as Dembele, Thuram, Kounde and Konate took to social media after election day to thank the French for stopping the far right, as well as celebrating the results with messages, images and emojis.

Real Madrid’s French striker Kylian Mbappe recently called the results of the first round “catastrophic” and called on “everyone to mobilize to vote and vote for the right” in the elections last Sunday during a press conference for the French national team ahead of their quarter-final clash with Portugal in the men’s European Football Championship.

The President of the Valencian Courts, who emerged after the PP’s pact with Vox to govern the Valencian Community with President Carlos Mason (PP) at its head, stood out in the last legislative body for her speeches in the autonomous chamber against abortion, gender equality policies and LGBT rights.

The PSPV-PSOE ombudsman in Les Corts, José Muñoz, criticised the insults made by the Les Corts president towards the French national team and noted that with her words “she once again puts us, the Valencians, in an awkward position”, and stated that the PSPV-PSOE would seek his disapproval.

Muñoz wanted to recall that Llanos Massó is president of Les Corts “with the support of Carlos Masón” and stressed that “the situation is unsustainable, she cannot continue in her position because she is not up to the task”, and recalled that this is not the case. The PSPV-PSOE is demanding his dismissal for the first time: “Today he insults people who take a political position to defend democracy, but we saw that this same weekend he again denied gender violence.”
