WandaVision’s Greatest Red Herring Elizabeth Olsen Will Reappear in Agatha: The Darkhold Diaries
When Evan Peters repeated his X-Men role in Elizabeth Olsen’s strange turn of events WandaVisionAt first, fans were delighted and sincerely surprised. However, their excitement quickly turned to disappointment when they learned that Peters was playing Ralph Boehner, an actor and Westview resident. According to the latest reports, Peters is going to return to WandaVision spin off, Agatha: The Darkhold Diaries.
The report also provides some context on Peters’ character, suggesting that Ralph Bohner will be depicted traumatized after escaping both Wanda’s curse and Agatha’s dark spell. The new series will follow the villainous character Kathryn Hahn from Jack Schaefer’s miniseries.

While this potential appearance was previously rumored, new rumors suggest that the series will explore Ralph Bohner’s trauma as a result of his experiences in WandaVision.

The news was met with mixed reactions among fans, especially given the mixed feelings surrounding the storyline involving Peters’ character in Elizabeth Olsen’s miniseries. Fans were given hope that Peters could be a multiverse version of his Foxverse character Quicksilver. However, towards the end of the series, Monica Rambeau discovers her “true” identity, freeing him from Agatha’s dark spell.
Things are about to get more complicated (or hopefully interesting!) as a recently released deleted scene from the series discusses a different course of events. In this scene, Peters’ character removes his ankle bracelet, hinting that he may be a missing person in the Jimmy Woo Witness Protection Program case. If that’s the case, then Peters might not be Ralph Boehner after all.
This deleted scene alone has fans wondering what’s next for the character. Fans have various theories, from the mercury theory to the possibility that he will become Agatha’s accomplice in the upcoming series. Interestingly, rumors also suggest that Peters will reprise his role as Quicksilver in the upcoming film. Deadpool 3.

In the series, Han’s character goes on a quest to regain her powers after being ensnared in Elizabeth Olsen’s spell in WandaVision. @ScarletWitchUpd reported that Agatha: The Darkhold Diaries stands out as one of the darkest MCU series. Scooper expressed surprise at how Marvel allowed the series to make such bold and creative choices. They also added that fans will have several “unexpected choice” And “dark turns”.

The series will introduce new characters such as villain Rio Vidal played by Aubrey Plaza and Billy Caplan played by Joe Locke. Debra Jo Rapp will reprise her role from the previous series. Additionally, Patti LuPone, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn and Miles Gutierrez-Riley will play pivotal roles in the series. The series wrapped filming in May 2023 and will premiere on Disney+ in late 2024.
