We were ten minutes’ walk from the hotel to the Palacio des Congrès de Cadiz, and what we initially thought was a simple pickup to enjoy a pleasant walk around the city turned into an odyssey. Upon arrival we realized that we didn’t have accreditation because unfortunately we made a mistake in this process. However, the South Fest organization was incredibly efficient and they were able to resolve our situation in no time. Thus, we finally received the long-awaited accreditation.

Having solved this slight delay, we continued with our program: we headed to our assigned set. We liked the location: Technicians will have a comfortable and ideal space to work and also have enough space to record our social media content. Everything was fine, or so we thought…

With everything under control, we decided to explore the conference palace, which was still in preparation for the next day. It was at this point that Yolanda Flores offered to help her colleagues. cleaning some roomsthereby contributing your own grain of sand. During our exploration, we came across a room that captivated Yolanda. “And why weren’t we placed here?“he asked, to which we replied, laughing, that this was one of the screening rooms for the series and, therefore, we could not have such a place.

After finishing our tour of the Palais des Congrès, we set out to get lost in the charming streets of Cadiz. We’re going through Promenadewhere we were treated to one of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. Intense orange tones painted the sky, creating a sight to behold. Cadiz, With its essence of joy, music and fun, it surprised us even more when on the beach we were lucky enough to enjoy live drumming as the sun said goodbye, allowing ourselves to be carried away by the magic of a small silver cup.

As the sun set and night fell, we dined in an atmosphere enlivened by live music. Ringtones Carlos Cano and Pedro Infante, among other things, they enlivened the evening, full of laughter and jokes, making dinner one of the best moments of the trip. After a wonderful night we went to rest, as the next day promised to be eventful.

Lights, cameras… and let the Flower Show begin!

Friday morning started early, at 7:00 sharp, because we had to leave the hotel, pack our things, have breakfast and head to the convention center. Cause? At 9:00 we were scheduled to watch the first three chapters of the book. Short lifeseries that opened the festival.
