The pop star and social media personality is featured in a teaser for the candy brand’s commercial, which is set to air during Super Bowl 58 on February 11th.
Rae is not alone in advertising.
She’s in preview, but she won’t be alone for long.
Ray, inspired by the Nerds’ gummy clusters, dances and teaches someone some moves off-screen.
Who is the student? This is exactly what interests us and keeps us guessing.
“Because Nerds is a brand rooted in pop culture, it was only fitting to feature an iconic song like “What a Feeling” and bring on a dance icon like Addison Rae,” said Greg Guidotti, director of Ferrara marketing. “But we have a few more surprises up our sleeves. Stay tuned, because the fun is just beginning.”
Rae, who was herself a fan of Nerds ropes growing up, tries her best to hide her youth. It could be anyone, and the audience is left in the dark.
Addison shows off a lot of moves as a teacher in the 15-second teaser. She demonstrates a well-rounded skill set that is… frankly similar to how Nerds has achieved success over the years. Flexible, multifaceted and interesting in every sense.
