Addison Rae’s mother marries again two years after drama with Monty Lopez

Addison Rae’s mother, Sheri Easterling, officially tied the knot two years after the viral fallout to her ex-husband, aspiring influencer Monty Lopez.

Easterling shared photos of her “intimate” wedding on Mother’s Day, May 12, although according to her Instagram caption, she tied the knot with her new husband a week earlier.

In the photos, Easterling triumphantly holds her bouquet as she walks down the aisle with her man, who raised his fist in a victory pose.

The photos also show the couple exchanging rings, both smiling during the ceremony.

Who is Sheri Easterling’s new husband?

Although Easterling initially kept her husband’s name a secret, she soon shared his real name in a Facebook post: revealing him as Jess Curtis.

Curtis is originally from Money, Louisiana and graduated from Northwestern State University. He is a football enthusiast and became the head coach of Many High School in 2010, where his team won three state championships and three more runner-up finishes in nine seasons.

It marks a major turning point for Easterling, who went through a public falling out with ex-husband Monty Lopez nearly two years ago after he was accused of cheating on her in June 2022.

Soon after, videos circulated on social media showing Lopez allegedly flirting with younger women… but that was just the tip of the iceberg.

A few days later, a woman named Renee Ash dropped a bombshell: She was dating Lopez, suggesting he and Easterling had broken up, exposing their affair in a series of revealing Instagram posts.

Lopez then found himself embroiled in controversies with high-profile influencers left and right, and even got into a feud with rapper Yung Gravy, who took Easterling to the VMAs and even kissed TikTok famous mom right on the red carpet – much to Monty’s chagrin.

Lopez responded to the situation by releasing a diss track against Yung Gravy and even challenging him to a boxing match, but nothing has come of this feud over the past two years. Since then, the drama has largely died down… but fans can’t wait to see if Lopez will react to his ex-wife’s latest move.
