Alexandra Daddario toned, hanging out in a bikini top with her puppy on IG

The warm weather is finally here and Alexandra Daddario is here for it.

White Lotus the star just posted some photos of herself enjoying the sunshine with her pup and she looks so strong and happy. First, Alex hangs on a lounge chair in a beautiful bikini that shows off her toned abs while her dog hangs in the shadows, then several shots of Alex’s dog literally smiling, and finally Alex shows off her sculpted legs while wrapped in a towel with her dog.

“🏖️☀️,” she wrote in the caption. People were talking about it in the comments. “Oh Lord have mercy,” one said, while another chimed in, “amazing as always… 🔥❤️😍.”

So, what does she do to get so fit and glowing (besides loving her dog, of course)? Alex previously told Women Health that she enjoys hot yoga and acupuncture. “If I do them back to back, it’s almost like rebooting the computer,” she said.

She shared a BTS look at her yoga practice last year, effortlessly performing moves like child’s pose and downward dog like it was nothing.

Alexandra also works with trainer Patrick Murphy. The original two joined forces back in 2015, before Alex even starred in the film. Baywatch. Together, they focused on things like back-strengthening exercises for posture, which included dumbbell rows, dynamic bridges and reverse swings. that his famous client is very dedicated to his work. “She works hard and never takes the easy way out,” he said.

When Alexandra is not in the gym, she is actively involved in sports in the fresh air. “I find that my body heals faster and responds better if I am in tune with myself and can be in nature,” she explained.

When it’s time to eat, Alexandra said. Women Health that she likes to cook it herself. “When I’m at home or have a kitchen, I love to cook,” she said. Breakfast is usually cappuccino with fruit, egg whites with spinach and toast.

Lunch could be something like a Beyond Burger or a stir-fry with chicken, zucchini, mushrooms and carrots, and iced green or black tea. And for dinner, Alex usually has something like fillet with pasta.

“The other day we had leftover chipotle chicken and I just added it to the pasta. I’m obsessed with making pasta in all different flavors – to the point where my husband starts saying, “No more pasta!” for everything with olive oil or butter. Sometimes it’s a combo if the evening is really exciting!”
