Ubisoft has announced a new installment in the popular turn-based strategy saga Heroes of Might and Magic.
Might and Magic: Olden Era is being developed by Unfrozen (Iratus: Lord of the Dead) and will be released in Early Access for PC in Q2 2025.
According to the creators, the early access will include the core game mechanics, as well as a significant portion of the story and content planned for the release of version 1.0.
Early Access won’t be short-lived, however, and is expected to last for about a year while community feedback is gathered, with the goal of version 1.0 having more content, more refined mechanics, better graphics, and a more overall experience.
Olden Era is set in Enroth, on the continent of Jadame, a region that has been previously mentioned but not yet visited in any Heroes of Might and Magic game. In addition to a single-player campaign with many randomly generated maps and scenarios, there will also be a multiplayer mode and a map editor that will also allow you to create your own stories.
