Astro Bot returns to PS5 with a new video game next September
Astro Bot may not be as big a franchise in the PlayStation realm as Horizon, God of War, The Last of Us, and many others, but as time goes on, it can’t be denied. IP Team Asobi has found its niche among the PlayStation catalog, reaching the point that Sony itself decided that this particular character would give PS5 players all the benefits of their new console through Highly Rated Tech Demo.
Be that as it may, within a few days and thanks to rumors of a new State of Play, we knew that Astro Bot had all the votes to be one of the announcements of the PlayStation event, especially since even its own development studio Team Asobi seemed to be waiting an imminent announcement, given all the rumors that have appeared. And it looks like it will be so, because after much speculation, finally Astro Bot has been confirmed to have a new video game.
Astro Bot is a new offering coming to PS5 on September 6th.
Simply called as AstroBotit looks like the Asobi team has finally earned enough trust from Sony to make a high-profile game about their iconic and beloved character, as the trailer was shown and that they were ultimately the ones taking charge of the close game state showed a game of gigantic proportions in which the little Astrobot will have to overcome all sorts of challenges.
