Black Friday, the American tradition that kicks off the Christmas shopping season, will get a new version in Chile, where thousands of brands, stores and businesses will offer unprecedented deals and discounts on hundreds of products and services. The Santiago National Chamber of Commerce (CNC), the trade union organization representing Santiago de Chile’s traders, said 2,100 physical stores and 562 online sites will participate in the event, which will last through next weekend. This new version of Consumer Day is added to Cyber Day (May) and Cyber Monday (September), where companies also get the best discounts through their digital platforms and for a limited time.
