Cameron Diaz has been seen for the first time since her name was mentioned in Jeffrey Epstein’s unsealed court documents this week.
The 51-year-old actress was among dozens of high-profile figures named in the documents as having ties to late pedophile Epstein (and her rep later denied the pair was ever dating), and other famous faces have followed suit.
The Mask actress stepped out in Aspen on Sunday with her husband Benji Madden, with whom she shares four-year-old daughter Raddix.
They were on a double date with their close friend Zoe Saldana.45 years old, and her husband Marco Perego
at the famous hotspot Matsuhisa Aspen. The Charlie’s Angels star wore jeans, a black top and a brown fur jacket.
Zoya, meanwhile, was dressed in hot pink pants, pink snow boots and a black puffer jacket.
The double date came after Diaz denied “any connection” with Epstein.
“Cameron never dated Jeffrey Epstein, she was never in the same place as him, and she did not have any connections with him,” a rep for the actress said in a statement.
They added: “Whether he may or may not have mentioned her name or hinted that he knew her.”
The files are part of a defamation case brought against Epstein’s Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking him underage girls.
She is being sued by Virginia Roberts, now known as Virginia Giuffre, who claims she was forced to have sex with the Duke of York three times in 2001 when she was 17 – something the Duke vehemently denies.
The list of evidence included such famous people as Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Al Gore and Kevin Spacey.
Diaz is mentioned in the document along with Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett, Bruce Willis, Naomi Campbell, David Copperfield and the late Stephen Hawking.
None of them have been accused of any involvement in Epstein’s crimes, but Epstein leaked names, according to former associates.
Some of the people named overnight were Epstein’s associates, friends or victims.
But the vast majority of them were named in the witness box by witnesses who said they had no connections at all with pedophiles or did not see them in their many homes.
One of Epstein’s alleged victims, Joanna Sjoberg, denied ever dating Leo, Kate or Bruce Willis during her testimony.
She said Epstein “was on the phone a lot at the time, and one day he said, ‘Oh, it was Leonardo (DiCaprio), or it was Cate Blanchett, or Bruce Willis.’ Something like that.
She was later asked, “Have you met Cameron Diaz?” to which she replied: “No.”
The identities of more than 170 people will now be made public under a US judge’s ruling last month, with the first batch of documents released last week.
