Eating late in shift workers may increase risk of chronic disease

Night shift workers who eat at night have a higher risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease or being overweight. According to a study funded by the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia and published in the journal Diabetology.
