Elden Ring Update Makes DLC Launch Easier

A stylish Elden Ring expansion was recently released.

Elden Ring is back in fashion thanks to launch of the long-awaited expansionShadow of the Erdtree, which has revolutionized the video game industry to such an extent that many are starting to debate whether the DLC should have been worthy of winning the GOTY of the year award, since if we look at the Metacritic notes, we see that it was the project with the best rating for the entire year 2024.

However, it should be noted that aside from the classifications that the expansion may have received, one of the things to take into account is that the base Elden Ring game is receiving updates that add changes and balances to some of the game’s enemies, including within these recent patch that simplifies Shadow of the Erdtreealthough only partially.

With these changes, the first part of the update should become easier.

Within that premise, it should be said that one of the things that stands out most about Shadow of the Erdtree is its difficulty, which is fine considering that accessing the Shadow Lands requires defeat one of the most difficult bosses in Elden Ring. Thus, it was recently revealed that the extension added balance patch with small but impressive changesthe main one being the increase in the benefits provided by the initial blessings, i.e. Skadut Tree Fragments and Venerable Spirit Ashes.

Given these small changes, it is likely that Bosses like Rellana are easier to defeat.which in turn would allow players to be able to participate in at least a significant portion of the first DLC fights, as one of the major criticisms this new Elden Ring content received was this is high difficultywhich is already an ongoing debate with From Software games.
