Election day in America and the analysis of the results continues in EL PAÍS. we build the country

General elections are being held in the United States this Tuesday to elect its 47th President. About 244 million citizens can participate in the election that will decide whether Republican candidate Donald Trump returns to the White House or Kamala Harris becomes the chair of the Democratic Party after serving as vice president for four years with Joe Biden. To analyze the past moments, the day and the election results, EL PAÍS broadcasts three special programs from Tuesday to Thursday, in collaboration with American correspondents of the newspaper and those of Cadena SER and El HuffPost.

EL PAÍS TV will begin its special coverage on Tuesday the 5th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm with a program in which he will analyze the latest demographic data with Kiko Llaneras. Each candidate’s proposals on issues such as the economy, the war in Gaza and arms control will also be discussed in detail. Some experts and correspondents from EL PAÍS and Cadena SER in the Americas will participate in various analysis tables.

On Wednesday, from 7:30 to 10:00, an event will be held with the progress of the results, with the intervention of EL País correspondents and journalists in the Americas and Madrid newsrooms, and then, in collaboration with Cadena SER and . Huffpost.

Another special program will be presented on Thursday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm to analyze the results, reactions and results of the election.
