According to a study conducted by researchers at the Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital, it once again shows how important it is to watch your diet to live longer. In this case, focusing on women, the study followed 25,000 Americans for 25 years and concluded that those who followed a Mediterranean diet had a 23 percent lower risk of all-cause mortality, while benefits for both cancer and cardiovascular health.
According to Samia Mora, lead author of the study and a professor at Harvard Medical School, “Our study advises women who want to live longer to watch their diet.
