Francesca Reale Joins Katherine Langford on Starz Series

EXCLUSIVE: Francesca RealeStranger Things) will star opposite Katherine Langford in the Starz drama series. Veneria by Samantha Bird Sources tell Deadline.

The eight-episode series, created by Anne Moriarty, revolves around Langford Bird’s Samantha, who while visiting family in New England, Samantha Bird is reunited with her childhood sweetheart and falls headlong into a seemingly perfect storybook romance. But beneath their feverish sleep lurks a more troubling interpretation of the case. The series is described as a gripping portrayal of addictive love and the consequences that relationships have on families in a small New England town.

Reale is expected to play Ellie Bird, Sam’s younger sister.

Reale is best known for her role as Hawkins rescuer Heather Holloway in the third season of the Netflix series. Stranger Things and for her series regular role as Emily on the Netflix series Haters, back off! She recently completed filming for a rom-com. Music for Amazon and Lionsgate Horror Pictures Creepers. Reale is repped by Gersh and Atlas Artists.
