Continue training until you can move freely around the city.
Press the pause button and select the Advanced Features tab.

Log in to your HoYoverse Pass account. If you play on PlayStation, iOS, or Android, you’ll need to make sure that the account on that platform is linked to the HoYoverse Pass profile you’re going to use.
Once you do this, select the server you are playing on and the nickname of the character you are using will automatically appear below. This is where rewards will be sent.
Enter the code in the “Activation code” field and click “Confirm activation”.
If this works, now go to the Mail option in the pause menu in the game.

Please note that codes have an expiration date. Once it expires, you will not be able to continue using it. Only one use per HoYoverse Pass account is allowed. Once you redeem the code, you will have a deadline to add the rewards to your inventory.. Usually about 30 days.
