In the proposal, the firm provides compensation for victims of 45 to 33 days a year worked with a limit of 24 monthly payments, including a long service bonus. Specifically, it will be 2,500 euros for up to five years, 3,500 euros for up to 10 years and 4,500 euros for those who have been with the company for more than 10 years.
