Indra will create a space company with the entire value chain in Spain

Indra presented its strategic plan for 2024-2026 Leading the future with which she wants to become a “champion of national defense” and a European actor of the highest level, first level, according to her president, Mark Murtraand its CEO, Jose Vicente de los Mosos. Space will be one of four divisions of the Spanish company, which is seeking a more flexible structure, and will bill €6 billion in 2026 and €10 billion in 2030.

While Indra did not specify the timing of the said company’s launch, they stated that the decision is based on “exploiting the relevance that Space is gaining in both the civilian and military world.” And, in addition, it must have end-to-end capabilities, be open to the participation of future shareholders and ensure Spanish sovereignty in the field of communications.
