La Liga is practically in the hands of Real Madrid; However, Barcelona are faced with the task of delaying the coronation of their staunch rivals in the 34th round, which takes place this weekend.

La Liga is currently in its final stages, with five games left to play and relegation on the line. Almeria has already mathematically lost the category, but a couple of clubs are still to be determined.

Mexican coach Javier Aguirre’s Mallorca are in trouble despite holding a six-point lead over clubs in the relegation zone and hosting Atlético Madrid this weekend.
