Removing the time limit on discounts will be carried out automatically for clients, without having to request anything. They’ll simply see their rate discounts on their bills indefinitely, and won’t have to worry about renewing them from then on.

Those customers whose billing cycle falls on the 15th will see this on their bill on June 15th. From this day forward, other customers will be able to see it in the “Consistency and Discounts” section of the My Vodafone app.

Discounts that will become permanent apply only to on fiber, mobile or combined fiber and mobile tariffs, which in some cases means paying up to 50% less than the official tariff price.
