PFU (EMEA) Limited announces the launch of HHKB Studio, an all-in-one keyboard that allows users to perform any task comfortably and efficiently. The device offers the next evolution of the original minimalist design of the HHKB series, while integrating key technological advancements based on customer feedback.

Designed in collaboration with Huge Design LLC, it is the first keyboard in its category to deliver an immersive typing experience regardless of profession, task or location. Its main features include:

–Gesture pad functionality: There are four touch gesture pads – one on each side and two on the front left and right of the device, allowing users to unlock a wide range of functions with a single swipe. This includes actions such as switching between windows or desktops, scrolling, and adjusting analog levels such as volume. Additionally, gesture bars can be repurposed to handle complex commands for more efficient work in areas such as photo and video editing.

–Cursor with Pointer and Mouse Buttons: With a pointer in the center of the keyboard and mouse buttons below the space bar, HHKB Studio lets you control the cursor from its home position, eliminating the need for a touchpad or mouse, and provides a completely immersive and comfortable typing experience from anywhere in the world.

— Quiet Linear Switch: Designed with the philosophy of creating experiences that optimize efficiency and concentration, HHKB Studio features all-new and exclusive 45g Linear Switches for maximum smoothness and minimal distraction when typing. At the same time, this keyboard is hot-swappable, allowing it to be highly customized according to user preferences so that everyone can enjoy an optimal typing experience.

–Customizable Key Layout: With HHKB Studio, users can create a unique keyboard that reflects their work, hobbies, preferences and usage. In addition to the keyboard layout change feature, the new tool allows users to customize Gesture Bar settings. Users also have the ability to create up to four keymap profiles with different maps depending on the application being used. These four profiles can be instantly changed with a simple keystroke and are stored within HHKB Studio itself, allowing users to access their specific personalized keyboard layouts regardless of the connected PC or smart device.

Compatible with iOS, macOS, Windows, Android and Linux operating systems, HHKB Studio easily connects to up to four devices via Bluetooth as well as USB-C.
