Nutritionist Gabrielle Lyon published always strong. In this book, he shared a series of nutritional tips in which highlights the properties of animal proteinslike those found in beef.

The foundation also emphasizes the protein that this meat contains. The reason lies in its “high biological value.” This “contains essential amino acids in quantities equivalent to human needs,” they add in the above-mentioned sheet.
On the other hand, FEN representatives note that in order to “improve the calorie profile our current diet,” it is advisable, when choosing the meat that we are going to eat, to give preference to the leanest cuts.
