The president Spanish Rugby Federation (FER), Juan Carlos Martin Hansenand secretary National Association of Rugby Clubs (ANKR), Michael Martinezhave taken a further step towards mutual understanding between both organizations by signing a manifesto as a declaration of intent through which the necessary agreements are visualized to achieve the establishment of a professional rugby league, and the intention to transfer powers of the same from the Federation to the Clubs in the future.
Among the provisions signed by both presidents, RFER and ANCR reaffirm their I wish that the highest categories, the Honor Division and the Iberdrola Rugby League, could be organized in the future by the National Association of Rugby Clubs.
