The fixed remuneration of the CEO is divided into 2.142 million fixed salary, 95,000 euros for membership on the board of directors, 53,000 euros for membership in committees of the board of directors and 86,000 euros for positions in group companies. The variable remuneration is divided into €431,000 in cash and €704,000 in shares.

Regarding the remuneration of the board of directors of CaixaBank, in 2023 it amounted to 10.188 million euros, an increase of 4.8% compared to the previous year.

Salary increase for Goygolzarri and Gortazar in 2024
