The telecommunications company of Cuba SA (Etecsa) announced a new international promotion “Increase in recharge by 5 times + Unlimited Internet”.

According to official information from place on the website, customers who receive an international top-up of between 500 CUP and 1,250 CUP will have the opportunity to increase their top-up balance five times, as well as enjoy unlimited internet from 12:00 to 7:00. For example, a customer who receives an international top-up of 500 CUP will receive 2,500 CUP plus unlimited Internet on their main balance, valid for 30 days from the last top-up.
Etecsa clarifies that Unlimited Internet is activated the moment the client receives the last top-up. Additionally, if a customer has active Unlimited Internet under a previous promotion and receives an international top-up during the promotion period, the Unlimited Internet effective date will be 30 days from the date of the last top-up.

According to the information provided, with unlimited internet under this promotion, customers can access all national and international websites between 12:00 pm and 7:00 am. They will then apply the discounts set for national and international navigation and are calculated per megabyte (MB) used.
With the balance received from this top-up, customers will be able to do all the activities they usually do with their main balance: national and international calls, purchasing bags, packages, plans, minutes and SMS. To make transfers, activate the Amigo plan.
If customers have active data resources (bonuses or LTE plans and packages), their effective date will NOT be extended. Top-ups are only possible through international websites and not in MLC stores or on the Transfermóvil platform.
