At this year’s Galaxy Unpacked, Samsung Electronics unveiled the Galaxy S24 series, ushering in a new era of mobile artificial intelligence. As the company’s first artificial intelligence phone, the series has attracted the attention of domestic and international media and consumers around the world.

Following the Unpacked presentation, attendees flocked to the Galaxy Experience Space where they could experience Galaxy AI for the first time.
Following the Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung news staff met with prominent Samsung Galaxy team athlete representatives, Samsung celebrity members and consumers to hear their first reactions to the newly unveiled Galaxy products.
“It’s amazing to be here for the first time at Unpacked,” said Sky Brown, professional skateboarder, surfer and Samsung Galaxy team member. His favorite new feature is Instant Slow-mo, powered by Galaxy AI, which adds new frames to slow down videos. “I always film myself riding and surfing,” he said. “The Slow-mo feature is crazy. I can film everything to analyze and correct my tricks. “It helps a lot with what I do.”
“The presentation was incredibly detailed and the passion was unreal,” said Jagger Eaton, Olympic figure skater and member of the Samsung Galaxy team. What caught his attention the most was the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s camera, especially its Space Zoom and Slow-mo features. “The first thing I did when I walked into Galaxy Experience Space was pick up my phone and use the camera,” he shared. “I feel like with Galaxy AI you can use it in everyday life.”
Samsung News then had the opportunity to meet Samsung Member Stars, the company’s brand ambassadors who share their passion for Galaxy with members of the Samsung community around the world.
Korean twin sisters Ahyun Lee and Ayeon Lee shared their excitement after seeing the new Samsung Galaxy S24 series unveiled in person. Of all the new Galaxy AI features, they chose Notes Assistant and Circle as the most impressive search features. “I use Samsung laptops to study and take notes to organize my schedule. “It’s great that AI can summarize my notes in one go, eliminating the need for me to do it manually,” Ahhyun Lee said. “Before, when I found clothes or shoes that I liked, I would take pictures and ask where to buy them. Now that Circle is used for searching, I can instantly search for information just by swiping my finger on the screen,” added her sister Ayong Lee.
“I used to only watch the Galaxy Unpacked event live on YouTube. “It was an honor to see T.M. in person. Ro, President and Head of Mobile eXperience (MX), said Alexis Masson, Samsung Members star from France. “What caught my attention was the AI Edit and Write Assistant features introduced today on Unpacked, particularly how these features help you by suggesting different text styles and tones. As a Samsung Contributor Star, I plan to use these AI features to write articles for the Samsung community.”
Finally, Samsung News spoke with influencers and media representatives to find out which Galaxy AI features they liked the most.
Gamers, athletes and influencers alike – numerous Unpacked visitors pointed to Circle as the highlight of the Galaxy S24 series. “The search circle will make shopping easier for me!” said Raghda Kouyoumjian, a social media influencer and YouTuber from Jordan. “There’s no need to take a screenshot, enter additional information, or switch to another app. “You can just bypass the element and it’s amazing.”
Gamers in particular have also expressed enthusiasm for the stunning and immersive visual experience of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. With a flatter 6.8-inch display and thinner, more uniform bezels to accommodate a larger screen, expectations were high. Denise Teo Jiaqi (Supercatkei), a Twitch streamer from Singapore, shared her excitement, saying: “Honestly, I already knew it was going to be pretty epic. The Galaxy S24’s seamless screen is something I really like as a gamer and live. I really want to try it for myself!
Lithuanian Delfi reporter Tomas Stasyukevičius found Samsung’s efforts to overcome language barriers particularly impressive. “I was absolutely blown away by all the artificial intelligence that is enhancing the Samsung Galaxy S24 series,” he said. “I’m really excited about the new simultaneous translation features that you can actually use to communicate in a foreign language without restrictions.” Thomas also shared his personal experience of encountering a language barrier in Spain, where English was not widely spoken, making communication difficult. “But with the new Galaxy S24 series, travel has become limitless.”
Ngo Trần Thun, head of digital content at Ho Chi Minh City Television, praised simultaneous translation even for difficult language pairs. “I used to think translation was impossible, but with AI it is absolutely possible.” While testing the feature, he spoke Vietnamese while his friend communicated in English, achieving a “100% accurate” translation. In his role, Thong focuses on ensuring a seamless technology experience for users and notes that Samsung excels in this regard. “That’s what I love about Samsung technology: it opens up a new era of artificial intelligence for everyone.”
