UEFA launches investigation into Bellingham

Article 11 of the UEFA Disciplinary Code clarifies that “any conduct that is offensive or in breach of the principles of decent conduct” is considered grounds for sanctions.
Article 15 of the same Code explains that “unsportsmanlike conduct” and, a little later, “provocation of spectators” may be grounds for imposing a sanction on a match or a specific period of time. At best, this may remain a warning.
