Ultra-processed foods in the US: health risks for children, according to research

For example, use marinara sauce instead of ketchup, since the former has fewer ingredients and less sugar, as she pointed out in her tips. Additionally, replacing ultra-processed chicken nuggets with baked chicken strips can be a positive step towards a healthier diet.

Eating as a family is also considered an effective strategy for improving eating habits.
