Xbox Live suffers global outage one day after PSN crash

There’s a global outage on Xbox Live and you can’t connect to your Xbox account from Xbox Series X consoles or any device.

A day after the PlayStation Network crashed, now Xbox Live which is falling all over the world.

The Xbox status web page displays the message “significant drop» on Xbox Live, which affects all consoles and any devices on which you want to connect to Xbox Live and Xbox online services.

Online they report that “you may not be able to sign in to your Xbox profile, you may be disabled when signing in, or you may experience other related issues.”

Features that require sign-in, such as most games, apps, and social activities, are currently unavailable. You simply won’t be able to sign into Xbox (or keep an active session)..

This includes Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox 360, Windows, or mobile devices for cloud gaming.

The website states that the issue was reported at 20:07 CEST (Spanish Peninsula Time) and is currently not resolved, but we will be keeping a close eye on how long it takes to resolve.

Xbox Live crashes one day after PlayStation Network

Interestingly, this comes just one day, almost exactly 24 hours after the PlayStation Network outage that affected all PlayStation online services.

Fortunately, the PlayStation issue was resolved in just over two hours. The Xbox crash will not affect all online services offered by Xbox, but as I can’t sign in to Xbox Liveas if it affected everything…
