Romance rumors have been swirling around actress Hailee Steinfeld and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen since the spring of 2023. They were first spotted on Thursday, May 25, and then again that Saturday. That night, the pair were spotted getting out of a black SUV before spending the evening together.
They also dined at Sushi by Bou, photos of which were posted on Facebook by the sushi restaurant’s founder, Mikhail Sinensky.

Who is Josh Allen?
The football star once played for the University of Wyoming and was selected seventh overall by the Buffalo Bills in the 2018 NFL Draft after a stellar performance as MVP. The 27-year-old took a few years to adjust to life in the NFL, but then he lived up to his reputation with an incredible 202nd season, leading the team to its first division title and playoff victory since 1995.
Allen’s love life was an important part of his story, as he dated longtime girlfriend Brittany Williams for eight years.
They first met as children and even went to a Sadie Hawkins dance in high school, but they didn’t start dating until college. However, they apparently broke up. Fans of the player noted in May that he had stopped following Williams on social media, although he still had several photos of his ex-girlfriend on his feed. Williams unfollowed and deleted all her photos with Allen.
How long have Allen and Steinfeld been dating?
Judging by recent hints on social media and recent sightings, it probably hasn’t been that long. Steinfeld last dated Irish musician Niall Horan starting in early 2018. Less than a year later they broke up.

As of January 2024, it appears that Allen and Steinfeld are still together. On the 29th, the actress and Buffalo Bills quarterback were photographed driving in Laguna Niguel, California following the end of the Bills’ season.

On September 30, Steinfeld was photographed shopping with Allen’s mother Lavonne. The women purchased Bill’s merchandise to support Allen at the Leveled Up Buffalo store in East Aurora, New York. The store shared a photo on its Instagram of Lavonne and Steinfeld posing with owner Lindsay Vega.
