Bad Bunny and BLACKPINK, heads of Coachella, according to HDD

The HITS Daily Double portal, which usually publishes exclusive news about the music industry before anyone else, such as the arrival of Rihanna’s single or the date of Adele’s album, already knows which artists will be headlining the next edition of Coachella, which is celebrated as always during two weekends, from April 15 to 17 and from April 21 to 23, 2023.

The official announcement is “imminent”: Bad Bunny, the person behind the most popular album of 2022, ‘A summer without you’; and BLACKPINK, the fashionable k-pop band, will be headlining Coachella, according to the US portal. They join, of course, Frank Ocean, whose participation in the festival has been known since spring 2021. Ocean was originally confirmed on the 2020 lineup, which could not take place due to the pandemic.

HITS Daily Double clarifies that its information is based on “rumors”, so we will have to wait for final confirmation. However, it cannot be a coincidence that the portal begins to create “hype” for the Coachella poster right now, in the first days of January, when the programming has historically been known (some even arrived on January 3, the of 2022 was delayed until the 13th).

On the other hand, in addition to the names mentioned, others have been considered, including Rihanna, who will go on tour in 2023 after her long-awaited performance at the Super Bowl halftime, always according to HITS Daily Double. They are also in the tombola Justin Bieber, Drake, Olivia Rodrigo, blink-182, Travis Scott, Dua Lipa, SZA, Red Hot Chili Peppers, LCD Soundsystem or Paramore.
