Bella Thorne Makes Directorial Debut With ‘Color Your Pain’ – Deadline

EXCLUSIVE: Bella Thorne is set to make her feature film directorial debut. Color your painthe true story of a young gay man growing up in the Bible Belt.

Thorne has begun the casting process for the project, based on her original script and a short film she directed called Unsettledwhich is in post-production.

Filming will take place in the Midwest and Italy this spring.

Thorne previously worked with Seagal, Friend (reality) and Lipper and Daly on Towercurrently in post-production, Gatien on Midday sunand Alcazar on Divinitywhich debuted at Sundance last year.
