The method includes a total of ten songs They are going to set the pace for us. Does the method really work?
There are many users of TikTok and other social networks who have claimed to have followed this method and achieved good physical results. Despite not being a highly demanding physical exercise, the simple fact of walking has many benefits for the vast majority of the population. However, what do the experts say?
