‘El Chapo’ Guzmán sent a forceful message to AMLO from prison in the US

Refugio Rodríguez explained that Guzmán Loera has sent a letter abroad and in return has received three. In this sense, Refugio Rodríguez commented that he requested support to the Atlanta consulate to make a visit to his client and corroborate the conditions in which the capo lives. However, despite the fact that they said they were supposed to contact the Mexican embassy in the United States, they concluded that their case was complicated and chose not to intervene.

That was how the lawyer sent a letter to ambassador Esteban Moctezuma to inform him about it, but so far he has not received a response. It should be noted that El Chapo He did not contact José Refugio directly, but rather it was through Mariel Colón – a lawyer who represented him in the US – that he learned of his situation.
