Final Fantasy 6 Remake: Kitase says that if he takes on this project, it will take him “about 20 years.”

Final Fantasy 6, a beloved series depending on who you ask, would be a giant project if it were to receive a remake, according to its creator. We tell you what he said and why in this post!

Final Fantasy 6, one of the most beloved role-playing games of all time, is hailed by fans and critics at every opportunity, despite the fact that it came out almost 30 years ago. For this reason, fans are constantly asking for it to be updated for current times and get some kind of remake, somewhat similar to what is happening with Final Fantasy 7. However, its original director Yoshinori Kitase recently spoke about whether Square Enix will take on this project: it will require about 20 years of work.

The most recent version of Final Fantasy 6 is the Pixel Remaster.
