Henson’s favorite films are returning to theaters for a limited time

Fathom Events has once again pulled out all the stops to ensure you can relive your favorite nostalgic classic on the big screen. For fans of Jim Henson, his science fiction film Labyrinth returns to theaters for a limited time. Fans can purchase tickets for March 6 or 10 to see David Bowie as the Goblin King.

The 1986 film follows Sarah, played by Jennifer Connelly, who is frustrated by having to look after her stepbrother on yet another weekend. In her imagination, she summons several goblins to take him away, but soon realizes that he is actually gone. She must follow him into a fantasy world and save him from the Goblin King, after passing through the characters and labyrinths of the maze.

He’s become a fan favorite over the years, so it makes sense why Fathom chose him to make his return. Original Muppet movie will be back in a few months, June 2nd and 3rd. Muppet movie this year celebrates its 45th anniversary! The film features the cute dolls in their first feature film. Kermit the Frog heads to Hollywood, destined to become a star along with his friends Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and Gonzo. Unfortunately, the evil Doc Hopper kidnaps Miss Piggy and tries to ruin their plans to become famous.
