Hot in the Hive: Tayla, Bella Poarch and more!
There are few things we love more at THP than finding amazing new music, but one of them is sharing it with you! The more fans the merrier, right? So we’re bringing you Hot In The Hive, a series dedicated to sharing new music, and we know you’ll be as excited about it as we are. Let’s dive right into some of the coolest new releases!

Bella Poarch and 6arelyhuman – “Nobody Likes”
If there’s one thing Bella Poarch is going to do, it’s serve, especially when you add talented 6arelyhumans into the mix! The hyperpop-infused “Don’t Like Anybody” has worked its way into the depths of our brains and we don’t see it going away anytime soon. It’s an anthem for introverts and socially anxious people, showing appreciation for that one person who keeps you in the crowd while acknowledging how intimidating a busy room can be. Raw, real and ridiculously catchy! We can’t get enough of this pairing – who should we call to get more collabs?
I’m a big fan of 6arelyhuman! What he does musically is so bold, different and cool. When I heard his verse on “Don’t Like Anybody,” I knew it had to be a single. “DLA” is such a fun song and I personally can’t get the chorus out of my head. This also resonates deeply with me as an introvert. I hope my fellow introverts share this feeling of not wanting to be around literally anyone other than that one person who is simply comforting you and making you feel like you’re not alone.

BOMKHAN – “Myself and I”
Over the years, Beomhan has been not only one of our favorite K-Pop trainees, but also one of our favorite streamers, sources of positivity, and people in general. He worked so hard to make his dreams come true and just made his official debut with the independently released album “Me Myself & I!” Although it touches on heartbreak and confusion, this track will have you dancing around the room unabashedly, pretending you’re in a music video. We will always be proud to call ourselves one of BOMHAN’s tigers, but now we are prouder of his dedication than ever.

Logic – “Fear”
Ready to make sure 2024 is your year? The logic is here to motivate you with the catchy phrase “Fear”, a declaration of ambition and confidence that is not to let fear control you. Like many of his songs, “Fear” has Logic saying exactly what we need to hear to get through tough times and believe in ourselves. “I can’t let you hold me back” I insist. We love that Logic is using their platform to inspire others and make a positive impact on the world!
“Fear” means putting aside self-doubt and not allowing yourself or anyone else to get in the way of who or what you want to be.

Mandy Crimmins – “LOSE CONTROL”
Besides providing the soundtrack to our lives, music can also be one of the most moving ways to tell a story and help someone feel less alone. And we know Mandy Crimmins will make so many people feel heard with “LOSE CONTROL,” which talks about the terrible situation she faced and even repurposes the diary entries she wrote while it was happening. As devastating as it is, the song is also triumphant, allowing Mundy to take some form of control over her experience and decide to turn it into a way of helping others. It’s a testament to her undeniable power as a songwriter and her gift for alchemizing pain into connection!
I was courted and sold by someone older who I considered a friend. It took me almost 7 years and a lot of therapy to admit that this happened. Because admitting that it happened meant admitting that I was never in control of the situation and that I was a pawn. I wanted to tell my story publicly, without shame, in hopes that it would bring peace, acceptance, and community to someone who may be struggling with the same issue.
