Joan Collins was unable to move for two months after suffering a pinched nerve last year.

The 90-year-old actress had to be airlifted to hospital after suffering a serious back injury and a pinched nerve in her leg and has now revealed she “couldn’t function” for weeks.

Here’s what he told Platinum magazine:

“My training regimen has changed a lot over the years. I was very active as a child. From the age of 16 I went to discos, dance halls and nightclubs and danced the night away.”

The actress continued:

“After that I worked out a lot in the gym and did Pilates, but as you get older you can’t put as much stress on your body, so I cut back on the exercises a lot. I would still like to dance more, but no one seems to dance anymore! Last year I had a serious back problem. “I had a pinched nerve and was unable to function for about two months, but luckily with the help of physical therapy I was able to make a full recovery.”

Luckily, the former Dynasty star has made a full recovery, and although she doesn’t really enjoy working out right now, she still tries to do something three times a week and stretches to keep things stable.

He added:

“I have to admit, I don’t like exercise, but I try to do it three times a week. I work with a physical therapist on Zoom and sometimes she comes to my house. On days when I’m not working out, I try to stretch on the floor for 10 minutes and balance on one leg and then the other, which I think is really important for stability.”
