The exchange of accusations and insults between the head of the truckers union and the Economy Minister was part of the dialectical battle that arose in the second half of the day of the general strike. Union leaders stressed that the called strike was “successful” and that the majority of workers decided to join in, as a sign of their rejection of President Xavier Miley’s policies.
