Mia Khalifa burst into tears over what a man’s friend said to her after he asked her to take a photo
Mia Khalifa has spoken out about how a man’s girlfriend left her in tears after he asked for a photo.
The former adult film star quit the industry just two weeks after signing with Bang Bros parent company WGCZ Holding in January 2015.
Khalifa has since founded a jewelry and lingerie brand and tried to live a more normal life, but unfortunately, that doesn’t mean her fame in the adult film industry hasn’t followed suit.
On an August 2020 episode of Anthony Padilla’s podcast, Khalifa recounted a moment when she received unwanted attention from some supposed fans.
She explains: “I was at a business meeting in London and was there with a company I had just signed with. These were two people who at that time were the leaders of the company and my manager.
“We were just sitting around celebrating a great press tour for a project we were working on and I walked up to this guy and his girlfriend.
“We were interrupted while talking and eating. He said, ‘Hey Mia Khalifa, can I take a picture with you?'”
Khalifa says she looked at the man and turned down his request as she was still having lunch with her new management team.
“I just said it like that. It was rude, but it was also very rude of him to approach while someone was actively in the middle of a conversation,” she notes.
Unfortunately, her refusal prompted a not-so-nice comment from the man’s friend.
Khalifa continues: “After I said this, his girlfriend, who was standing next to him, grabbed his hand and said: “I told you it’s not her. There’s not enough cum on her face. Let’s go, baby.” ‘”
The interaction resulted in Khalifa getting up after eating and going to the bathroom, where she burst into tears.
“I didn’t really know how to deal with it,” she adds. “Especially because it was coming from a woman, and especially because I was there on business and it had nothing to do with the adult industry.”
The woman’s comments left Khalifa feeling “very dejected and embarrassed” and feeling that people from the company she had just signed with would “never want to work with her again.”
