The Kardashian-Jenners’ longtime personal chef says the famous family has no problem eating “cheat meals” like macaroni and grilled cheese — as long as they stick to a “rigid” fitness regimen.

“When it comes to their diet, they’re really disciplined,” Christianne Uy, better known as Chef K, tells Page Six exclusively about Kris Jenner and her five daughters: Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie. Jenner.

The celebrity chef explains that the reality stars don’t stuff themselves with “a bushel of grilled cheeses” when they eat cheat meals because they’re all about moderation and staying active.

“Let’s just say they have one whole grilled cheese; they make up for it by working out at the gym,” she explains, adding, “They are very strict about it.”

Chef K has been cooking for the Kardashian-Jenner clan for nearly nine years, starting as a private casual chef for Kris, 68, before moving on to work for Kylie, 26, then Khloe, 39, then to Courtney. The 44-year-old and her husband Travis Barker, as well as “a little bit” of Kim, 43.

After six years of juggling personal cooking for a mom and her daughters, the Los Angeles-based food maven transitioned to working exclusively as a caterer for private events.

“These are Hallmark’s biggest holidays,” she says, explaining that Hulu reps love a variety of themed dinners, including Mexican, Asian and Italian-themed nights.

“I’ve also noticed that when the holidays come around, I mean, come on, no one is trying to lose weight,” she tells us. “So they have macaroni and cheese and bread too. But they are all very active, they go for walks in the morning and work out in the gym.”

As for what the family likes to snack on after a booze-filled holiday party, Chef K reveals that they “definitely” crave a delicious grilled cheese sandwich.

“With Rao’s Homemade Tomato Sauce, it’s the easiest thing to do in 10 minutes,” says Chef K. “Sometimes they say, ‘Ah, Chef, you’ve been here for 21 hours, but can you make one more late-night snack?’ » I actually started doing this for them during the holidays, at the last minute.

“Who doesn’t love grilled cheese with tomato bisque, right? Like, to soak up all the alcohol.

This year, Chef K also created a Christmas eggplant rollatini dish for the Kardashian-Jenners using Rao’s homemade marinara made with turkey sausage and herbed ricotta filling.

“They try to eat healthy, especially (during) the holidays,” says Chef K. “So I don’t try to present a whole dish and then they say, ‘Oh, do you have anything else?’ “So the best way to do that is to make (the food) gluten-free.”

Chef K thinks the holiday dish is a variation on Chris’s favorite eggplant parmesan, but without the breadcrumbs.

“As long as they hear the words ‘gluten-free’ these days, it’s automatically healthy, right?” – she says with a laugh.

Chef K thinks that the younger members of the family are picky eaters.

While former Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars have no problem saying yes to carbs (except when Kim lost 16 pounds in less than a month by giving up sugar to fit into a Marilyn Monroe dress at the 2022 Met Gala ), Chef K continues with a mental list of all the foods they refuse to eat.

The baking pro reveals that despite Kourtney’s veganism, Kim won’t go near a dish with cilantro, Kendall, 28, hates hot peppers, and Khloe will only eat chicken breast and turkey as her protein options.

“The kids are very picky,” Chef K adds of the sisters’ many offspring. “But with creativity and as long as they are involved in the preparation of the food, they are willing to try it. “They are very good at trying things.”
