As the company explains to the publication, users who signed up for the initial HBO Max offer in 2021 with a 50% discount for life will keep it until they change their subscription plan. This discount, they explain, does not involve a fixed price, but rather a fixed discount: half the price of a basic subscription. If the base rate increases in the future, the price of this offer will only double.

For now, advertising will be limited to these live broadcasts, but in the future the platform offers, as in the US and as competitors do, a package with advertising, but without specifying a date or price.

Starting May 21, when you open the HBO Max app, you’ll be prompted to download the Max app. If you view content through, you will be automatically redirected to Payment and login information for Max will be the same as for HBO Max.
